ZOHO ASSIST
Security and compliance enhancement with IP-based restrictions:
- IP-based restrictions allow technicians to build digital fences to ensure that only org IPs registered in the Zoho directory have access to their Zoho Assist accounts.
Chromebook Remote Control:
- With Zoho Assist, you can now remotely connect to Chromebook devices for access, control, and troubleshooting. Learn more
ZOHO MEETING
- Major updates this month include the request to unmute feature, view up to 250 video feeds, change layouts in audio conference, remember devices in the webinar, suggest recording to host/co-host, and more. Learn more
ZOHO LENS
Scan any QR/barcode with Zoho Lens (QR/Barcode scan support):
- Technicians and customers can get product details from a barcode or QR code in an instant by scanning them during a session. With this feature, users can eliminate back-and-forth communication over product details and resolve issues faster.
SMS Enhancement:
- SMS session invitations from your organization will be sent with the Zoho Lens name. Organizations that have preferred languages other than English can send SMS invites without any difficulty.
Improved session and file management:
- Annotations placed by technicians and customers will remain stable. Technicians and Admins can select and delete multiple screenshots at once from the File Manager section.
